[aix thinkpad] pcmcia ethernet drivers

Hello All!
    I am trying to bring back to life a thinkpad powerseries 850 to extend
my UN*X reach to AIX, and I need a bit of help.

    I have gotten one of those few supported PCMCIA adapters (IBM Credit
Card II,  p/n 0934331) and I am missing  the drivers. can any good soul give
me the device.* filesets for that adapter and the PCMCIA fileset as well ?
The darn thing (TM) is running aix 4.1.4 but the guy who sold it to me did
not include the OS CDs...
