[aix thinkpad] help a new AIXer

 Actually,
     I found these sms files in ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/powerpc/
....
 there are different ones, which shouold I use ? and How do I use them ? Are
 these boot floppies ? .... I surely hope not as my unit came with CD-ROM
 only....
